Between 2 and 3 working days for the Peninsula.
Between 3 and 5 working days for the Canary Islands.
Between 2 and 3 working days for Portugal.
Between 5 and 7 working days for Europe.
Between 1 and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

At national level it’s 3.00€, for the rest of areas, the cost of transport is determined depending on whether you want a Home Delivery or you don’t mind going to a Pickup Location.

How can I make a return or refund?

Very simple! We strive to make customers satisfied with their Lolo Carolo socks.

If for any reason they are not what you expected you have a month to get in contact with us and request a return or refund. It is imperative that the socks come with their original packaging.

Once we have received them we will refund the amount in a maximum period of 15 days. The return or refund transport would be at your expense except in the case of a delivery of a defective product.

How do I send each pair of socks? Does it come in some kind of special packaging? With some cool packaging? Do I have to pay for packaging?

Packaging is free, it comes with each pair of Lolo Carolo socks because we all like to treat ourselves or to be treated with things that are smartly packaged and done.

Every pair of Lolo Carolo socks always comes wrapped in a super soft and colourful tissue paper and packaged individually in a small Kraft cardboard box with the most striking original design. All made in Spain!

Where do you make the socks?

We manufacture them in Spain and Portugal. For greater control of workers’ labour conditions and quality control. We try to stick to producing close-by.

What is the quality of the socks like?

We use the best quality fibres which are very resistant.
Follow our sock care advice and they will last even longer.
Forget about those horrible fuzzy balls, gradually fading colours and sock loss of stretch

Do they have toe seams?

No, for your comfort, our socks have no uncomfortable and unsightly seams in the sock tip.

The manufacturing process of Lolo Carolo includes a hand-linked toe phase so that there aren’t any types of stitches in the sock tip. Maximum guaranteed comfort which avoids any type of chafing. In short: delightful socks!

Do they fall down? Do you they have a firm grip?

The cuff adjusts to the height you wish without being tight. This means, that if you buy long socks or mid-calf they won’t turn into ankle socks on the third day of wearing them, so you don’t have to pull up your socks every 5 minutes.

What natural fibres do you use to weave the socks?

We use the finest Egyptian cotton for maximum softness and quality. The finest Egyptian cotton.

Why? To get an extremely soft feel. Also to avoid these horribly fuzzy balls and different kinds of colour and texture fading.

What dyes do you use?

We use dyes without any kind of harmful substances to humans and the environment. Fully certified

How do I wash my socks? Do you have any special advice to keep them in top condition?

ADVICE: To keep them in top condition: Lolo Carolo socks are designed and made to last and last! But if you still want to preserve them better, here are a few tips:

  • Wash them upside down
  • Wash them at 30 degrees
  • Do not use dryer
  • Do not iron them

But if you are less methodical and ignore advice, our Lolo Carolo are perfectly prepared to face any challenge.
