SHIPPING

The order will be made through the transport company Zeleris. When the order is ready to be delivered to you we will send a confirmation email.

We give you two alternatives:

Home delivery

The delivery deadlines will be:

  • Between 2 and 3 working days for the Peninsula.
  • Between 3 and 4 working days for the Balearic Islands.
  • Between 4 and 5 working days for the Canary Islands.
  • Between 2 and 3 working days for Portugal.
  • Between 5 and 7 working days for Europe.
  • Between 1 and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

Pickup Location near your home

The delivery will be:

  • Between 2 and 3 working days for the Peninsula.
  • Between 3 and 4 working days for the Balearic Islands.
  • Between 4 and 5 working days for the Canary Islands.
  • Between 2 and 3 working days for Portugal.
  • Between 5 and 7 working days for Europe.
  • Between 1 and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

At national level it’s 3.00€, for the rest of areas, the cost of transport is determined by your choice of Home Delivery or Pickup Location.

REPLACEMENTS

You have a maximum of thirty working days to returns from the day you receive the product.

For replacements, you will need to return it and, once the merchandise is checked, you will be indicated how you can make the new order.

Follow this process:

1. Send us an email to hello@lolocarolo.com or get in touch with us via ourl Contact Form. You have 30 days to return it.

  • Enter the product that you want to change, model, order number and size.
  • Choose the type of return you prefer:
    • Deliver at a Zeleris pick up location. Please enter the postal code nearest to pick up location. There will be a deduction of 3.00€ (mainland Spain, check other destinations) for transport from the total amount to be refunded.
    • Home Pick up. Please give us the pick-up address and within approximately 2 to 3 days, a Zeleris driver will collect it from your home. There will be a deduction of 3.00€ (mainland Spain, check other destinations) for transport from the total amount to be refunded.
    • You can also manage the carrier yourself and send us the product to the following address:LOLO CAROLO S.L.

2. Prepare the package

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

3. Deliver the package

  • If you have selected home pick up give it to the Zeleris driver (carrier), who will pick it up at your home.
  • When your choice is a pick up location, take the package to your nearest Zeleris location. If you choose this option, please indicate the zip code nearest to you and we’ll inform you to which address you can deliver the package to.

4. Refund

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and we’ll tell you how to proceed with the new order.

Keep in mind that the item must be sent with its original packaging and in perfect condition.

RETURNS

You have a maximum of thirty calendar days to desist from the day you receive the product.
LOLO CAROLO SL commits to replacing the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions agreed at the time of sale. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
If you want to return an item, follow this process:

4. Refund

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and we will refund your money immediately.

Please note that it may take up to 15 days from the time you delivered the package to your Zeleris Pick up location or to the courier at the address that you provided to us, until you receive the refund of your money.

Keep in mind that the item must be sent with its original packaging and in perfect condition.

If the item is defective, and the causes was not the customer’s fault, the transport costs shall be assumed by LOLO CAROLO.
